Reminder that if your biceps are wider than your forearms your a griplet, look like shit and should kill yourself.
Whats your routine?
Hammer curls, wrist curls, and grips work for me. Its definitely a hard muscle group to notice gains on though. I started being able to crush my heavy grips and I couldn't see any real difference aside from my veins sticking out more after a pump.
This shit right here mah nigga. I started doing this because my grip was giving out on deadlifts, and it hasn't happened since. Trains traps and obliques too, to an extent

How would you feel if everyone you know IRL saw the posts you make on 4chan?
reverse wrist curl is number 1 best exercise for forearm definition...
forearm rollers are great for mass
plate flips, single-arm dead hangs with flutter kicks, deadlifts, and farmer's carry for grip.
>naturally large forearms
>grip is shit
Why must I suffer
I've been on fit for 4 years. I've got a fuckhuge flder of different foreram exercises; But somehow I think my bone structure just isn't right. I have ridiculous wrists that ache super fast at the simplest effort, and my forearms are tiny as shit
try rock climbing for a month.
after the first day, you'll probably have to call someone for a ride home, your forearms will be too swole you wont be able to hold onto a steering wheel :)
