Are barbell rows a meme exercise?
>X exercise doesn't give me results in 1 week, it must be a 'meme exercise'
I swear I see these stupid fucking threads every goddamn day.
>fucking millennials, when will they learn?
Come back in SIX MONTHS, faggot, and THEN complain if still think they're memes.
Are T-bar rows an appropriate substitute for pendlay rows? Pendlay rows have always felt "off" and I don't seem to be getting a good workout at all. I feel like I am just pulling my chest down to the bar in a jerky motion.
Pic related it feels like a much better workout.
Lower the weight and renew your focus on keeping your spine strong and neutral. Stick your ass out and *feel* your spine stay rock steady throughout the lift.
OR forget all that and do a chest-supported row, which will free you to focus on working the specific muscles you want to work without worrying about your spine.
What's more important to you, the muscle or the movement?
