What was/is your time frame between where you were and where you wanted to be?

For me I've given myself a three year period to reach my goal. I've been at it for eight months and while I've lost a lot of weight and put on noticeable muscle, I still don't look anything near how I want to without a shirt on.

What's your timescale? What's your goal?

Well I haven't given myself a definitive time scale because I'm not looking to work out my entire body. My goal is to have a flat stomach and a butt/thighs that would make any other girl jealous.

Top left is where I was about 5 years ago before any exercise.
Top right is where I was about a year ago when I first started working towards my goal.
Bottom left was taken a few days ago.
Bottom right is the general shape (but bigger size) that I hope to be in a few months.

So I guess I would say that I'd like to have my change in under 2 years?

Well, I feel like my butt is a bit bottom heavy and I'd like for it to be the same size all around. Also I have those annoying dimples/depressions in the sides of my butt which I can't figure out how to get rid of effectively.

I gave myself 1 year to have abs and be lean and another year to lean bulk to be muscular like pic related. Currently 8 months doing exercise but only 6 months of a strict compound routine.

Right now I'm 18.5%bf down from 30% when I started. Planning on going to 12 in these 3 months. Feelsgoodman.jpg

You might need to work with what you got. You want the right amount of fat and muscle. Keep working at the gym but try not to work off the fat.

The girl on the right also has lighting, tight yoga pants and is probably standing funny for the photograph. Stop wearing baggy jeans, get a tan and use the more pearish appearance to your advantage. Perky boobs and perky butt are alright, but big things naturally sag.

Knowing when to cut is the tricky thing if you're coming from DYEL. You don't want to cut if you're not at 2pl8 and have put on a reasonable amount of muscle.

This took me a year.

My diet is shit. I eat whatever I want. I just lift and cardio a bunch.

Im moving out to my own place this week. My diet will drastically change. I will be eating nothing but rotisserie chicken and broccoli for the forseeable future.

No idea where my bodyfat is, but if I'm not flexing I still have a little bit of a gut. I did BB.com's Big Man On Campus to start, then switched to Kris Gethin's 12 week program - now I'm back to BMOC. My diet has been pretty shit to be honest. Chipotle burritos and taqueria tacos. I just exercised more portion control and drank a little more than a gallon of water a day.

Goal body is Tom Hardy Warrior (like every other fucking anon out there) but with a smaller waist. I don't need that much core. I want that V taper to look good in fitted clothing.

My biggest motivations are the desire to push myself further than I ever have. Also my girlfriend is waaaaay prettier than I am and she lifts too. So I have to be at my best going into this relationship - especially if I don't want to get cucked in the summer months.

Thanks anonnette, I've got a lot of cutting left to do before summer. And yeah I used the beard to mask all the weight gain I had in my face and I just got so many compliments on it that I decided to let it stay. I've got next to nothing for facial aesthetics anyways so the beard hides everything that aren't my green eyes.

You look like you've come a long way as well. What's your routine like? Did you change up your diet? My gf is a tiny qt3.14 latina who has an ass kind of like your own - she also wants more bubble to her butt. Any advice I might pass along?
