Never, wife cooks all of my meals
We go to the grocery store once a week. To Braum's usually twice.

Lunch and breakfast. Sometimes dinner, but I go to my parents' house for dinner 3 or more evenings a week. They're pretty healthy, and if the meal doesn't fit my diet I usually just eat a small portion while visiting with them, thank my mother for the delicious food and enjoy my time with them, then eat a little more when I get home.

Cook for myself daily. Most days I'll cook all 3 meals, but sometimes I'll go somewhere for one or two meals. Go shopping at giant eagle.
Once a week I make lunch for the rest of the week. I shop at giant eagle and get mad discounts on gas.

How the fuck do you guys hit calorie aims when eating so many veggies??
On topic: my gf cooks for me.

You don't know how many meals that will be split into
I only eat one cooked meal a day which is done on my own. I prefer most things raw.
It's mostly just fruits, veggies and homemade granola other than a cooked dinner.
Simple and tasty. Works for me.

>Iceland
I hate shopping there, my local one is where dreams go to die.
There's no space for people to queue so people just mill around in a crowd by the tills. Which are way understaffed. And the managers never respond to the tills calling for assistance (refunds, barcode not scanning etc) so it often just grinds to a halt.
FUCK Iceland.

I suppose you're right.
I tried a diet of almost exclusively chicken and veggies for a while but it's so low in cals. it's a shame cos I really enjoyed it

When bulking I have to cut out fruits and veggies for this reason. On a cut they're good shit though
I cook most of my meals and eat morning and lunch/afternoon.
Breakfast is scrambled eggs (I keep backyard chickens making eggs trivially cheap) with whatever I feel like adding, usually chopped jalapenos, onions, and sometimes very strong pepper sauce which disperses nicely. I cook 'em in a microwave. See internet for times and techniques, it works after you figure out best time for your particular microwave. I also steam bacon in the microwave between damp layers of paper towel in whatever Pyrex I have handy. I fucking love Pyrex, and garage sales/flea markets have lots of it cheap.
I eat a lot of beef which I cook on my small LP grill on my porch. I rarely use my gas stove because cleanup but it's there for bad weather.
I use butter instead of margarine. I avoid juice and eat fruit instead.
When I quit eating junk food my grocery bill dropped like a rock. I avoid placebo garbage like diet soda.

Tell me about this homemade granola. I had some sweet potatoes last week which normally I don't like but they had granola, cranberries, and some sort of cream in them and they were delicious

Stir fry is bomb
Friday nights, Saturdays, and Sundays. I work for one of those companies that provides food during the week. I get meat and dry goods at Safeway and buy produce at a farmer's market.

Every day. Get veggies delivered from a local farm. Get meat/eggs from local butchers/greengrocers. Fats, oils, and spices from either the supermarket or online.
