50kg ohp 2 reps
130kg diddlies 1rep


Used to do 80kg skwats for 4x4 but fucked my hip flexor. I fell in weight, almost back to where I were though.

With 40kg OHP for reps you should have hella more benchpress though senpai.

Squats should, ideally, be higher than that in relation to your diddlies. Is anything off?

Bench 110lbs @ 5x5
OHP 50-70lbs @ 5x5
Deadlift 215lbs @ 1x5

Of course these don't include the warm up sets. I was deloading on squat since I really had shit form. Bench was stalling because of an injury and nobody to spot me (autism)

I was 26 @ 75-77kg / 5'11
