Sup /fit/ what are some ways to naturally increase testosterone?
I'm talking food, habits, specific activities, even social behaviors etc.
Pretty much anything
Phrase it as if you were talking to a clueless n00b (which for all you know, I am) in case there are some that see this thread.

testosterone is natural, so injecting test still makes you natty, bro. - Mike O'Hearn

Thanks.
Also, if anyone has info-graphics or things like that pls dump

this.
You can naturally inject 1cc twice a week to start.

20000 wtf cunt
Won't that fucking kill me
Like, that's about third of a jar of capsules a day
Wouldn't your body just reject it and have it come out in your poo and wee?

Going out in the sun for 10 minutes is like 10000 IU.

I only take 5k but vitamin D is cool. You will actually feel nauseous and gag a lot when youre taking too much.
If that happens take a week off and drop the dose. Vitamin d is more for bones n joints imo

Please die
>zink
>magnesium
>vitamin d, b
>reduce stress
>spend more time outside
>heavyweight compounds, strenght training
>get enough sleep
>stop watching porn (overall gains)
>masturbate less (minor gains)
>eat foods that have cholesterol ie eggs
>just live a more active life overall

>Mean serum insulin-like growth factor-I was 9% lower in 233 vegan men than in 226 meat-eaters and 237 vegetarians (P = 0.002). Vegans had higher testosterone levels than vegetarians and meat-eaters, but this was offset by higher sex hormone binding globulin, and there were no differences between diet groups in free testosterone, androstanediol glucuronide or luteinizing hormone
Higher total test, but higher sex hormone binding globulin. Going vegan won't make any difference, plus I've seen other paper which say otherwise.
>Plasma levels of testosterone and estradiol-17 beta were significantly lower in the SV than in the omnivores
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/4014062
>Our data suggest that in a vegetarian group, less testosterone is available for androgenic action
http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/0022473189904597
>We conclude that reduction in dietary fat intake (and increase in fiber) results in 12% consistent lowering of circulating androgen levels without changing the clearance

Not that it would make much of a difference, you'd need to at least double test if you want decent gains. There is a reason why pro's pin.

Bumping

Have you tried snake oil?
Nutrient deficiencies that can cause T to drop are vitamin D, zinc, and magnesium. D-Aspartic Acid increases T temporarily when taken for 2 weeks, then does nothing.
Basically, you can't cheat your natural hormone axis in the long term. And supplementing it directly with testosterone shuts it down outright.

are you retarded?
>>35663422
OP, JUST LIFT and don't worry about your goddamn test levels.
>>35663422
Literally the first thing you eat in the morning should be meat.

Food
>fats in abundance
>minimize drinking booze
>dark leafy greens and cruciferous veggies in abundance
>meat from time to time
This will keep you topped up in the nutrients like zinc and vitamins that people will tell you to supplement. Hormones are made from fats, especially cholesterol. Testosterone is based one a sterol ring.
Activity
>Lifting and HIIT
>don't do too much steady state cardio
>get some sun
Lifestyle
>take risks.
From riding motorcycles to gambling to stock trading, risks boost test like five-fold.
>fake it 'til you make it.
Your body rewards you with test for acting like the top dog.
