I think 12 weeks was the longest one I've done. Gains are generally kept, as it doesn't tend to give much water wait, or increased glycogen in muscles too much, so there's not much that drops quickly when you get off it. Keep most gains, but lifting volume goes down, and I really feel the strain on my body relatively in comparison to while on it when doing the same lifts while off.

Bloods would tell you for sure. But recovery is quick, majority recovery within in 2 weeks from most blood work people have posted, 100% recovery takes a lot longer, as recovery is not a straight line, its rapid then tapers off as it approaches 100% like a curved graph iirc.

I'm doing Test with LGD next, never tried that combo.

Think my last gains were about 7kg, but that includes some body fat as well, and a bit of regaining lost gains when I dropped weight from an overseas trip.

Getting real poor so at most I can do 3000-3500 cals and 250g protein. I actually do get a bit of fat, I am super carb sensitive and anything past 100g can make my lovehandles bigger(nothing else, maybe I get a big lenny gut for 10 hours if I eat a really big carby meal at once) so I gotta get lotsa fat in my diet as opposed to carbs which I only take in once per day.

SARMs are orally taken, they're orally bioavailable (the non-steroidal SARMs, steoridal SARMs probably not).

I used to dose it 2 hours before gym, once per day. Every day. Skipped a day once by accident since I forgot, just increased dosage next day to keep levels back up.
