I'm both a HIIT-fag and a bikefag so not sure if I'm welcome in this thread...
I live next to a 1 mile stretch of hilly road... Power up the hills, coast down, turn around and do it again the other way, rinse and repeat for 30 mins.
A day not lifting is a day closer to not making it.

30 minute jog on off days of SS. Got done earlier, relaxing and listening to music now.
2 hour DDR/ITG stamina session.
The calorie counter on them says I'd burn like 4k+ a session but I really seriously doubt that.
I really want to start swimming again because I believe it is the best form of cardio but my school pool is under construction and the local pool cost like 4$ a day to swim...

Jump rope. Can finally do 10 minutes without throwing up or passing out.
