basically all vegetables
chicken, fish, turkey, ham, most any cut of beef, lamb, just meat in general you stupid fuck
black beans, kidney beans, most all beans excpet for pig shit disgusting lima beans if I see a lima bean on a plate in front of my face I'm throwing it out the fucking window jesus christ how can people even eat this shitheap masquerading as nutrition
brown rice and wild rice
If its not processed, if its low in sugar/lacks HFCS/added sugar, and is low sodium then 99.99% chance its good for your body, and eating more of it will put you on the path to Gainsborough.
Food is really simple.
Your body needs a certain amount of sodium, its an electrolyte and vital for your brain to function properly. Too much of it however is pretty bad for your circulatory system. High sodium levels can constrict your blood vessels which is never good.
