You are conflating absorption with MPS stimulation.
I literally explained it to you.
Yes around 30-40 grams caps out stimulation of MPS which occurs via MTOR, the guy whose video is sent you DISCOVERED THIS, that's over a given window.
But absorption and even utilization of protein is different than stimulation of MPS via mtor. Stimulation of MPS is actually reliant on serum leucine levels(if you had actually read the paper I discovered) not overall protein count, it just so happens that 30-40 grams of common complete proteins provides that enough leucine.
So yes, eating more than 30-40 grams of protein will not stimulate MPS beyond its threshold BUT you still use that protein to build muscle, you just slow digestion of it.
Layne explains that very clearly in the video.
Providing further evidence(like what you just sent me) which simply explains how MPS stimulation caps out doesn't mean anything, I know this, I explained it to you in my initial post.

Well with high enough doses of protein not really. Prolonged, constant aminoacidemia is counterproductive because it induces a refractory period which shuts off MPS -- the "muscle full" effect. If such feedback regulation didn't exist you could could just eat protein all day long without doing anything else and make serious gains. Restricting the duration of aminoacidemia and allowing enough time for the muscle to recover before dosing again would then maximize net protein accrual. Same kind of cycling one would do to get around drug tolerance.

The amount of dietary protein used to actually "build" muscle (i.e. for structural purposes) is very small btw it's in the single digit grams even in heavy roiders. aaRS isn't the rate limiting step here instead it's the various intracellular nutrient sensors that high levels of amino acids like leucine activate.
