These really are great. Adding a bit less moisture makes them much more cake-esque. You should get carbs with protein because it promotes tryptophan uptake (serotonin, melatonin, etc.), and fats are required to prevent "rabbit starvation" problems.
I would also suggest the stevia I'm getting, which tastes like a vanilla sugar candle smells.
..At least with a smidge of honey. I get flavorless protein though.

Do you have an apartment? Get a decent recipe for making your own microwave burritos. It's beans, cheese, cilantro, and a shaker of bullshit taco seasoning wrapped in a wrap, then plastic wrap, then a sandwich bag, then a Ziploc bag. This way you can portion properly once and track macros more easily.
It's less about what you cook and more about what you can take and use cheaply and easily. Turkey, cooked ground beef, lunch meats, cheese, all freeze really well. Frozen veg is great too at 89 cents a bag, but if you want to take it to the next level, blanch and free your own veg.

Even still, a multivitamin could potentially fill any dietary insufficiencies or multiply that metabolism. Many conversions require B vitamins, minerals, etc., especially neurochemical production, getting omega 3s from a form to another..

This shit is barely edible. Every single nerve ending in my mouth is telling me that this isn't food and that I need to stop ingesting it. I have consumed timothy hay with a more pleasant consistency. I smeared this shit with jam and it still tasted like softened drywall. Fuck I'm nauseous as hell.
any way you want, senpai. I do all my chicken in the oven in bulk or on the cast iron skillet, throw some seasoning on there, then dice it up or shred it when its cooked. Add it to the cooked ramen afterwards, so tasty.
Sliced beef is better, it can be had at the grocery store easily.

Totally with you anon, the consistency is the most godawful thing I have ever put into my mouth. That said, I think it can be fixed. It certainly needs a shorter cooking time; one minute is way too long for an egg white. I might try baking it in the oven instead, similar to a quiche.
That said I am going to keep trying variations of this until I make something edible.
