did anyone try out this guys program?
Is it any good? I'd hate to pay 37$ just to see a video of him saying I should lift and eat big.
Do this starting right now. Also, you should be able to run a mile. Personally I think that if at any time on an average day you can't get up and run three miles, you're out of shape, but you need to get your cardiovascular system to minimum levels to be able to deliver oxygen to your muscles while you're lifting.
Can he do a Victorian? What degree does he have? Will he teach you photoshop?
