Once or twice a week.
Once a week - Go with volume at moderate weight, 3x6-8. Add some backoff sets or a deadlift variation (Romanian, deficit, paused)
Twice a week - Low volume high intensity on day 1. On day 2, go for volume at a lower weight with one of the variations. Or go for speed pulls.
Thrice a week - Work up to a moderate top set with some low intensity sets as warm up. Do some partials and never go above 85 %. If you do, do singles that doesn't require you getting psyched up.
Just fucking do some.

Don't do 3 sets of 6-8 reps unless it's a variation. Go as heavy as you can, for one set of 5, 2 triples, 3 doubles, or 4 singles. Also that guy is doing snatch grip, try it sometime, it makes the quads burn.

On heavy days I work up to my 3 rep max from lmao 1 pl8, conventional.
On volume/form days I do snatch grip pause deadlifts 3x10.
