Since I have a hard time palating anything else, I usually do a 6-egg omelette every morning, with 140g of tuna. That about covers 75% of my daily protein need. I then eat nuts to get healthy fats, and eat lean meats to get the remaining 25%. I also supplement zinc and vit. A for my acne-ridden skin. Seeing how it completely disappeared since I've started taking these two supps, it's probably due to poor alimentation.
I'm 112lbs, at 22 years old. I really look like a starving ethiopian kid, and I'm ugly as fuck because of it.
Is 6 eggs really overkill, am I being a moron for doing this? Or am I right?
Only use 2 yolks and you should be good. 6 egg yolks a day is just asking for heart diseases.

I looked up Lactaid a while ago. Unfortunately, I live in France, so I have to order that from Amazon. It's insanely expensive in the long term if I do GOMAD for prolonged periods.
1) Too much eggs = high HDL is an old myth that was busted a long time ago.
2) Don't consume too much protein in just one meal. Space it out orherwise it converts to fat since your body can use so much at one time. The amount is still subject to debate, but most sources say no more than 32g.
3) Start drinking more milk. GOMAD was made for people lie us. You probably will only need to do it for one to two months.

That website is a godsend for learning about dietary truths. They do articles like that for most talking points you can think of. I get zero sense of a bias and they provide research to back up their statements.

Anyways, 6 eggs is only 420 calories, and a can of tuna is usually around 120.

Look up how much you need to eat to healthily gain weight, there are plenty of resources online

Of course, the main element of that is olive oil and you said you're avoiding fat. In my experience it works, though.
What you need is calories as much as anything, and fat is the most calorie-dense macro. Not to mention that your brain is probably deprived and will probably use a lot of the fat to recover. It also won't hurt you to put on some fat at your weight, your body will probably want to do that because you've been low for so long.

Dietary cholesterol does not equal serum cholesterol. Repeat that for me again.
The same way that eating fat, doesn't necessarily make you fat. Your body produces cholesterol, it doesn't take dietary cholesterol and use that, that is broken down.
A healthy lean indivudial can probably eat fucking 12 eggs a day if they want, and it's not a problem.
