I have all ways just ignored this board, but looking at one of your threads I thought "Why the hell not ask them a question"
So basicly, I am 18 years old, 2 m high (6,6 ft) and around 75 kg (165 lbs? I guess). As you might imagine like jew from Auschwitz.
I have tried gym for 2 months, but couldn't free time for that, as well it didn't help me get up my mass. Now every other day I do Yoga and once a week I am going on physiotherapy which is 30 mins workout ( consists of working with your body mass and no instruments like weights) with trainer + massage after that.
When talking about food I must say that I was spoiled at childhood and that's why I really can't eat any vegetables exept like potatoes and other basic stuff.
Could you help me with my weight problem? I don't want to be all ripped as fuck like gym people, but at the same time I hate myself being thin fag.
Any tips would be appreciated (no protein powders tho ^^)

read the sticky. Oats are GOAT, check the macros. The only way to supplement protein powder is eating enough protein from food. That means oats, chicken breast and rice, dairy products, especially whole milk.

Also, I am a 2 meters tall guy with 78kgs that gained 5 kgs through dropping sugary drinks and trying to eat oatmeal and healthy stuff like that. Just read the sticky like a normal /fit/izen would and if you still have questions, you should be asking them.

Find time for the gym and eat a lot. I am a bit over 2m myself and was around 90kg a few years ago. I dont eat any veggies, just take vitamins. Ive been lifting for almost 4 years now and Im 105kg cut. At 90kg I ate around 2.7k cals and now eat 3.4k. I wanted to stay cut while gaining weight. Just up the cals every now and than. Btw this happens very slowly give it time (took me 4 years to get to 105kg cut). If you dont want to be ripped than eat a fk load more because when you are that tall and go to the gym its hard not being cut.
