>tfw in hospital
>losing more gains day by day
H-hope you're doing better, bros..
Here, anon. Have a cute piggy. Good luck recovering.
How about some eye candy for recovery?
Get well, brah.
Or maybe you would like some animal gifs?
I don't have much of either though.
>started using my fitness pal yesterday after just keeping a general rounded tally in my head
>macros and all that looking pretty solid
> eat a bag of chex mix baked snacks which I usually have like 8 hours into my 12 hour shift just for a little bit of carbs and salt
>my fitness pal reveals it's like 500 calories per one tiny little baggy. Idk why I never even bothered to check it because I always just assumed such a small bag and it being baked and whatnot wouldn't be THAT bad
>mfw I sometimes eat 2 baggies a day and that's 1000 extra calories
>mfw it also turns out I eat like 200 percent of the suggested sodium
>no wonder I've been getting puffy and bloated, calorie surplus plus water retention
>corrected problem, also stopped drinking
>already look a little leaner today due to shedding a lot of water in the gym last night
>Lifting for just under a year
>Noticeable gains but still feel skinnier than a lot of other guys in the gym
>Normies occasionally comment stuff like "Woah Anon's pretty hench"
>Not sure if sarcasm or not
Request some of those protein drinks for the elderly and some rubber band to fuck around
Jesus fuck anon, I'm a med student and I've seen a lot of young men die due to an inflammation of the pancreas.
My heart literally skipped a beat when I read why you are in the hospital.
Stay strong Anon
>>Not sure if sarcasm or not
Well, either way, if it is sarcastic, if you play along, they might not even know if you are in on their shit or just not realizing you are being fucked with.
If it is not a joke, however, you can still laugh it off and appreciate a mire
I was in the hospital here in sweden for 2 months after going into a diabetic chock (did not know i was diabetic) while on my bike riding downhill and hitting a wall.
I complained to the doctor about losing my gains, he laughed and wrote a prescription for some meal-replacer supplement that they give malnourished cancer patients and old people, they usually cost like 50 bucks each, but i got 10 for about 15 dollars. They each had 60 grams of protein, 1200 kcals and 2 of them should cover a grown mans daily intake. I gained my muscle back so quick with those things it was unbelievable, gained 15kg in less than a year.
So talk to your doctor, most of them are total bros.
OP here, I did not use any supplements besides protein powder....
Also thanks to cheerful pics guys, and no, the doctor is an old geezer, but he's cool.
Although his assistants are quite hot, especially when you can see their panties cuz they have white trousers on.
And y, thanks for advice, I've been drinking protein shakes everyday to lose as least gains as possible.
