/fit/ told me to do twisting deadlifts last year. Unfortunately I had to stop due to (unreated) back pain. So I've decided to try again this year but I'm not sure on the form and can't find any videos on youtube. Can you link me one or describe the form to me please?
Twisting deadlifts are straight up last year's memelift.
Best lift of 2016 for god-tier Zyzz aesthetics is The Barbell Caterpillar.
You need space for this lift, as you will be moving foreward with each lift.
>set up like you would a deadlift
>minimum lmao1pl8 (preferably 3pl8 if you arent some dyel pussyfaggot)
>bend at waist
>dont worry about straight back, you wont be here long
>lifting with back (not legs) raise the barbell off floor
>shove it foreward as far as possible without falling
>keep hand on bar and let it hit ground
>jump forward with both feet to return to first position
>repeat until joocy
I like to make my way all the way across the gym for 1 set. Minimum 5 sets you fucking sissy cockwrangler.
This kills the lifter and his knees.
