Currently on 50k UI vit. A and 20mg Zinc a day, zits compeltely disappeared.
Still 135lbs tho, can't seem to put on weight for shit.

Supplements: Tyrosine, NDA, Ginseng, Multivit + Vit C, NAC, B and Chromium. Works good as an alternative to coffee.
Completely new to supplements, all I currently take is the chewable Flintstones ones.
What should I start out with? Also where should I buy them? There's no vitamin shoppe near me
I drink at least two nalgenes worth of water a day, count macros, take zinc, d3, magnesium, and b12. Also use lots of coconut oil on my skin, and make sure I get a ton of sleep. Also no screens 30 minutes before bed senpai
