I work two jobs overnight on docks, wondering what I could be doing to get gains? I would normally try the gym but I literally spend more time at work than I do in my own bed. What are some things I could take before going to work that would help me get bigger by the day?
Should I do the whole bulk and cut thing? I have a blender so I could definitely make a protein shake before each shift, and bring along some healthy stuff. It's usually my first lunch that I lose it and eat like 5 burgers at the gas station and then just starve the rest of the day.

If you are going hungry then your body needs food, if you can't eat at work for whatever reason, then yeah shakes are your best bet, or take a jar of peanut butter and secretly have a spoonful every now and then. If you want to get bigger you will need to increase your calories. You will relatively quickly notice a difference adding in 500 calories for example into your work shift rather than going hungry.

re strength improvements, I think you need to be looking out for enhanced recovery and more capacity for volume.
Water retention is normal in your case, and that alongside your natural water retention could be masking any weight loss. Your muscles will also be more glycogen/sodium/blood volume greedy so you could reasonably expect to feel a bit fuller by now than usual on a cut and also hold weight in that regard.
Give it a bit more time - if your instinct tells you it's bunk then it may well be, but if it's your first run then go 4 weeks then decide if it was for shit

For now you could increase activity (especially if your average intake is 1200kcal/day which is a general arbitrary limit) and see if you start dropping some weight
Since this isn't discussed enough I'll add that anadrol (srs) and primo are other compounds worth looking into - alone of course, not as a stack.

60 euros per batch of a kilogram of raws is no thang.. even if you got ever 100g batch tested if you prefer to smuggle on the smaller level, taking into account the 2 week wait time and mail turn-around... no big thang... especially if people buyin juice off you will pay a premium for proof. not that most gearheads have a clue about the shit they put in their bodies tho.

The thing is how do you know what's fat? If I gain 2 lbs in a week, who's to say whether it's 1 lb muscle 1lb fat, 1.5 muscle .5 fat, etc, and at that point you won't know just by looking in the mirror, the only way you're gonna know is by sitting there for an extended period of time in which you could be missing out on gains, or are getting fat.
Not expecting some on the dot universal number for everyone, but just experiences so I can get a good idea of what's about average. I figure 1 lb sounds about right though, in my experience w test if felt like the speed of noob gains basically
