Do lots of sumo deadlifts. They hit legs a bit more than conventional.

In your situation i'd probably focus on driving my semi-sumo deadlift up, and then doing front squats after as accessory more lightly

My deadlift is always a semi-sumo stance. Not feet damn near touching the plates sumo, but wider than conventional and hands inside knees. Conventional just doesn't feel right to me
