Personally like to listen to louder stuff when i workout. Nothing with lyrics. I enjoy Perturbator and Gost, and I can link you a Spotify playlist full of stuff like that if you like it. ohGr is cool too, but that's kind of nostalgic for me.
Whatever you do don't go to mu. /out/ has best taste in music in general but /fit/ normally has pretty good recommendations for work out tunes if you can weed out the unaesthetic metal fags.

Entire album is pretty good/10, definitely check it out if you like Perturbator or Carpenter Brut.
Speaking of Carpenter Brut.

And some d&b because why not.

And a lot more but these threads tend to go metal and rap fast.

This.

Doesn't matter because there are no universal "good workout" tunes.
I listen to Enya on my 10 mile runs and when I bench and squat heavy.
A lot of people on fit prefer Norwegian death metal.
It really is subjective.

Running is mostly mental, so you'll probably do better if you can concentrate without any music.

Depends on the kind of music you like but for me, the best tempo to run to is 155bpm or something pretty close. So I listen to a lot of drum and bass podcasts.
