Perform 2x a week

Do 6 weeks at 100%, add weight as appropriate
Excercise selection really doesn't matter.

My mistake - it's closer to 10% more energy. The brain uses around 110 calories per pound of weight. The average male brain is 3 pounds. The average female brain is 2.7 pounds. 330 vs 300 calories.
Not to mention, it's always better to build a solid foundation of strength then jump right into accessory exercises. Once you're squatting respectable numbers for your height/weight, then you can add in other things and take advantage of the strength carry over.

For my New Year's resolution I've been exercising at least 15 minutes everyday. Squats, hip bridges, front/side lunges, donkey kicks, basically all that stuff you see on the "how to be trap" images that circulate here. I guess I also get a decent amount of walking in my day because I have to walk to a lot of places, so I guess I get exercise other than that.
So is 15 minutes everyday enough to have an impact? Should I make it longer? Have rest days? Is there a best time of day to exercise, cause I'm mostly doing it around 8 pm. Sorry I really know nothing of actual exercise.

With your squats I want you to find a nice weight that you can do with good form in 3 sets of 12. With those other exercises you should be doing 3 sets of 25 until it becomes too easy, then add more. Be certain of your form! Quality > quantity. I do those same exercises (did I rec you them on /lgbt/?) 4 times a week and take 3 days. Timing doesn't really matter but I like doing it early in the day for an energy boost. Gain weight by eating protein rather than by eating sugar and carbs. Good luck!
