Hey /fit/ I need to get swol in two weeks. Any recommendations?
Even with impossibly strict dedication, training, perfect diet, and an insane amount of steroids, you wouldn't see results in less than two months... Unless you're extremely skinny, then you'll see some decent results in a couple of months.. But not two weeks
Weightlifting regimen that works every muscle + 1 hour of cardio of your choice + eating nothing but boneless skinless chicken breasts. Every single day.
And then MAYBE you'll see SOME results
