i know it can sound retarded but i always drink vodka on empty stomach (less percentage needed and it easier to burn all those alcohol calories afterwards but have no idea what infuelnce does it have on my muscles)
also what is the most /fit/ approved alcohol; beer, wine vodka?
try making a "mini cut" when you know you gonna drink in the weekend, i cut about 300 more cals on everyday of the week, so i can drink a lot on the weekend
it never did anything to my strength or weight really i'm 6'3 190lbs
but what do you guys about drinking on empty stomach? can it be dangerous when it comes to health or does it can burn muscles?

I'm assuming this is going out to the bars/club kind of drunk and not just hanging out with friends drunk. When there is a choice, always choose red wine. However, I understand that drinking red wine in the club will make you look like a gigantic fgt, which in case you need to:
1) Avoid beer. Seriously. Beer is an absolute gains goblin
2) Avoid sugary drinks and mixers
My go to drink is a gin and tonic (diet tonic water).
It seems logical to me that it would make no difference. Whether you eat something beforehand or not, the alcohol you drink is still getting processed, just slower. Any effects on muscles should be the same.

Usually have half a bottle of red wine before going out, then just sip on scotch, whiskey, or a good tequila. I don't really like getting too drunk anymore. Just loose enough to be more social and witty. Plus, when sipping straight liquor, you feel your drunkenness coming on slower so you have more control. Plus you look like a badass. Bitches love badasses.
/fit/ approved is any liquor neat or on the rocks, but drinking a few beers twice a week is not going to kill your gains and turn you into a woman. The whole estrogen in beer thing is way too hyped up, it's nothing compared to what you're getting from plastics, shampoos, and everything else that makes up modern life. We all know Arnold was/is a beer drinker and it seemed to work for him (inb4 he blasted Test for 30 yrs).
Protip: Find a Whiskey, Scotch, or Bourbon you like and drink it straight. Tastes delicious and puts hair on your dick.
16 days here also. The last time I drank was New Years. Even then, I rarely drink. The time before that was back in August when I was on vacation with family. Even then, I only drank a beer the entire week on vacation.

Not a fan of alcohol luckily, or I'd imagine I'd have a hard time avoiding a legal and openly available drug. I only use drugs like once or twice a year, and my go-to's are usually ketamine, dilaudid, acid, cocaine, meth, pcp, molly/xtc, or mushrooms. Doing drugs is a degenerate habit, but all things in moderation.

Oh but OP to answer your question the best (easiest) way is to just order [insert bottom shelf 80 proof alcohol] and diet cokes. Macros are easy to track and you don't have the extra carbs/cost of beer or sugary shooters/cocktails

Good work man. I've been struggling to stay off it myself. I've never been an alcoholic (I've never drank alcohol every day for an extended period), but I definitely have control issues with alcohol - once I start drinking I find it difficult to stop.
Keep at it, man. I'm going to keep trying until alcohol is something I can enjoy in moderation without compulsively getting shitfaced.

Switch to weed. You do not have to worry about caloric intake and messing up your diet, also no hangovers and everything with it.

Courvoisier is for rappers, don't even bother
if you can find a good armagnac vintage do it because it's going to be substantially cheaper and almost as complex, but its burn is going to be harsher, like a bourbon
