also i guess sausages, but i'm bulking so it doesn't really matter. I know i'll be able to stop eating them when i cut, it's just they're 29g of protein per, and a fuckton of calories and they're so cheap and easy to make. They taste pretty good also.
any and all food. doesn't matter what it is, i will eat it. I cannot sleep at night without a completely full stomach. I will do good on my diet all day, having eaten only oatmeal, and chicken then in my 2nd or 3rd hour of laying down trying to sleep my stomach feels completely empty and i'm starving. I think I should start taking sleeping pills to stop myself from eating at night.

Fug i wish i were a major skelly when i started lifting. I would eat all kinds of meat with buckets of creamy mashed potatoes. Id eat ice cream after each workout and protein shakes with gallons of milk. Basically i'd go fkn mental and not stop eating and lifting
The problem is that I can't do that. I prefer to avoid food, especially now when I'm bulking and feel bloated all the time. I usually lift on an empty stomach except pre-workout or an no-sugar energy drink.
How do you keep eating after full?
I cheated hard today and now I feel awful. I feel like I let myself down. What can I do tomorrow to possibly make myself feel better? Tomorrow is a lifting day workout anyway, but what can I do to possibly atone for today's sins?
I eat meat and fish once or twice a week, I'm not a vegetarian faggot, but I will admit that a diet with little fat and meat is better than one with more

This is what i do during my bulk: i eat every 3-4 hours and each time i eat, i eat massive amounts. The trick is to distract yourself while you're eating, go on youtube and watch people make tasty food. And eat fast so you can get a lot down before your brain tells you you're satiated. Eat fast like sanic bro.
You avoid fish (and meat) because little is better than more, then you add fish in processed form to your diet every day because 'muh supplements'.

TV is mine. I don't remember the last time I went to sleep at the time I planned.
I've managed to get rid of all gaming, processed foods, sugary foods for the most part, TV, weed. I workout every day and haven't missed one in over a month. But this fucker.. Should probably just chuck this thing out the window and move to the countryside or some shit. No distractions there.

i go to all you can eat fish and chips once in awhile. i dont eat the fries and remove excess batter from the fish. my max is 6 fish (210+ cal each 14+ protons) then im disgustingly full but its so fucking good would recommend. (Joey's Seafood Restaurant)
