Lifting or training any type of sport for someone else's approval is pointless. Sure i get it you guys want to get girls and get laid etc. But there is no way to get a body or look that will make everyone attracted to you.

Treadmill and Burpees TEND to be the kind of exercise where you either do something for a set amount of time or reps. It's harder to chart that sort of progress than weight (in that you don't just see it going up) so ten minutes killing yourself with sprints is going to feel the same a year in as it does at the start, even if you're going a load faster.

All comound lifts 5x5 followed by 5 x 8-10 (focus on form) and complete workout with some isolation excercises.
It keeps my workouts short 60-90 minutes and I made good progress with it. I dont follow this routine whole year long, like to mix it up once in a while, but I just love the feeling of putting your body under a lot of stress.

You probably think bulking just means eating like a fatass huh? Slight caloric surplus of 200-300 calories is all you need. You'll put on muscle at a rate of about 2lbs a month under ideal conditioms. However with recomping, it's much much less than that as your body NEEDS a surplus to pack on muscle.
I lose and gain weight incredibly fast. If I lift, and don't keep up the caloric intake, I plateau in about a month, i was thinking if I just bulk, without expanding energy on lifting, once I hit 200-210, I could start lifting? Not sure.

I run ec stacks, yc stacks and eyc stacks all the time. They don't make much of a difference I just like the stimulant effects. Their thermogenic effects are so minute. They're appetite supression and drive while on a low calorie is just a good addition when you're hungry all the time.

I think it comes from poor programming or even limitations on mobility. I personally suffered from bad mobility and struggled to get the correct form down on squat. I would get hip pains and had terrible buttwink. The lack of squats led to a poor progression of my deadlift.
