Fourth/fifth month of lifting. Did nothing over December.
Posture seems odd in the left pic.. great in the right.
Main problem is that the forearms seem super weak, which probably implies the traps are also. The hips would fill out with ass from a better routine. Terry Crews' suggested 3 lifts for the most mass are power cleans, squats, and pullups.
There's a macro tracking tool at myfitnesspal, and nutrition data shows information for most foods (for cross reference, micro nutrients, etc.).

Haha yeah my forearms have actually seen gains since I started. Always had skinny wrists + I broke both of them when I was 18. That's doesn't help.

My core sucks and I've been cutting to try to get into otter mode. Really bummed my core isn't better but that could explain my squat.
Also been dealing with hip flexor pain while squatting so I'm working on mobility.
Should I stop SS and move on to an intermediate routine? Any suggestions?

Breakfast: 3 Eggs. 1.5 cup egg whites, 1/2 of oats
1st lunch: 2 cups quinoa, 9oz chicken, a lot of broccoli

Postworkout: 2 cups milk, 2 scoops protein
Dinner: 2 frozen gordon tilapias, with a big salad and 1 cup quinoa
before bed: Skyr + casein protein

i haven't even been lifting 6 months yet.
once you cut away the fat, actual gains are slow. most of the progress you see on /fit/ is just fat reduction.
my dxa results show i've been doing 1.5 lbs/mos of lbm while cutting – expecting anything more is madness.
my cut ends next friday, so i expect a slight increase in gains from the extra calories, but even 1 lbs/mos for all of 2016 would be insane.
