Don't read the sticky. Don't follow a +500 surplus, just eat a shittonne of clean foods and lift heavy 4x a week. Cut down once you reach a healthy weighy

You need to develop appetite for food. The only way you can do that is by expending energy, the more you train - the more food your body will naturally ask for.
Don't overthink your training routine, just pick something generic, stick to it and learn proper form, once you understand what's what, you'll be able to decide which muscle groups you want/need to focus on.
Also cut out all factory sugar out of your diet - no sweets, sugary drinks, etc. They will fuck up your appetite big time, without giving anything in return.

Just fucking eat and lift dude. You probably eat a couple shitty meals a day and think it's enough. Step it up. You don't even need steroids at your age. You'll fucking grow dude.
I had the same problem with not eating enough. You have to eat until you're so full that your gag reflex starts kicking in when you take another bite. Then eat more.
I had a girlfriend who would squeeze her thumb inside of her palm of her non dominant hand when sucking my dick. Said it deactivated her gag reflex. Sure enough I tried it while forcing down food and it worked. Not trolling.

Skelly in recovery here and I eat 100-200g peanuts a day ( salted, 620 calories per 100g )
Try eating some snacks like that through the day / evening, you may have no appetite but your body will not reject a couple of small things, even if you keep doing it for hours...

The sticky tells you exactly what to do. There is no secret formula to bypass all the steps in the sticky. Eat lots of the proper food, lift things properly, and get your 8 hours of sleep. Sometimes you have to force yourself to eat when your not hungry. Pretty much every person who lifts has gone through this my suicidal little snowflake.
It's not that bad mayn, i went from 100lbs to 140lbs in a few months at 5'8, just eat constantly, like literally have something in front of you to eat all the time.
