The orange is a quirk of mine ever since I was a kiddo. Every few weeks I do this orange diet. I haven't been sick in any way for years so it's obviously not bad per see.

I just wanted to make sure I don't suddenly find myself with my hair falling off or teeth or whatever.

Anyway I happen to have a deal with a buddy who provides me endless supplies of boneless, skinless chicken breast.
Could I simply add eggs? Garlic is a pleasure of mine. I eat garlic because I love it.
And oats with some milk every morning.
