If you do everything right and are new. 2-2.2lbs per month can be muscle in a bulk. But you need to track longer. Usually at the beginning of a bulk you will also store water weight from carbs etc. As long as your lifts go up and you feel fine you should be fine. Its winter anyways, a bit of fat doesn't matter.
