In all honesty. Guess how much I bench.
Will come back with the answer in 15 minutes.
Thanks for the pick me up man. Even if u are joking.
Heh. I know right. My arms look like noodles even if they are 45cm
Funniest thing is my ohp. I push full rom sets of 8 with 45 kg dumbbels yet I have no roundness in my shoulders.
I sometimes do them with a barbell while sitting down. I do sets of 6 to 8 with 100-110kg. I just get a far better burn/pump with dumbbels. I do barbell ohp like... 20% of the time.
Heh. I hope man. Feels like my arms are shrinking even if you consider they aint that massive to begin with.
Bruh. Working out 'for the burn' obviously hasn't gotten you anywhere, and standing barbell OHP is very, very different from sitting.
Try it for like 6 weeks, rather than sporadically once every 3 weeks, and if it doesn't work, no harm done.
>6-8 reps seated full rom 110kg ohp is not impressive
Come on dude, standing, seated. The shoulder strength to do that has to be massive. And that fucker only benches 140x3, that ratio doesn't compute either.
I call bs then. Your upper body is far too underdeveloped to be lifting those kinds of weights. The rest of /fit/ is tentatively tip-toeing, not wanting to call the dyel troll out, bench would be believable, given the chest doesn't really get huge even for large lifts, but your shoulders and traps?
You look like you've been lifting for 6 months. /fit/ knows about the manmore height factor, where larger limbs make muscles appear smaller, despite their lifts, but you're getting into 6'7"+ levels of muscle hiding. No fucking way you can raise 100kg vertically above your head for 8 reps.
Pure, unadulterated bullshit.
Cant remember the numbers exactly on the barbell ohp since I do it so rarely. One sure set I do remember is 7x105kg. And I damn well remember the 3x8x46kg dumbbel sets because if been stuck in it for the last few months.
Well, you will need to make a vid to prove this shit, because those are some outrageous claims. The only way I can see it happen is if you think, the numbers given in lbs are in kg.
Smith machines take around 15kg off the lift, making his seated press around 75-85kg, I thought it was potentially believable given his lack of muscle and supposed bench, it would be closer to the bench/ohp ratio, but I didn't want to run my mouth until he either confirmed my suspicion about using a smith, or bullshitting.
Thought so. Stupid dyels trying to play off big boy numbers. By the body weight you claim, doing 115kg OHP for ONE rep is ELITE, according to strength websites. You claim you do it for 8 fucking reps.
Nigga, try again another time. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nx1ytBh6kgU
Skip to the 5 minute mark, you'll see people doing strict presses with intermediate/advanced numbers. They all have developed shoulder muscles. You do not.
