Does anyone else have trouble bulking? I feel like I'm too lean for what I'm trying to do. I work out 6 days a week, I'm struggling to maintain 180lbs at 6'4 and my goal before cutting is at least 220lbs. Yes, I have whey protein shakes in the morning, before and after workouts w/ creatine, and casein before bed along with decent sized meals, but I've been trying for a little while and I haven't been to get past 185. Any other /fit/izens having similar problems?
Are you counting your calories, add almonds

I make most of my own food from scratch so i can only approximate, but I just read about almost and I'll be getting a bunch. It can't just be almonds though can it?
Dude, you have abs. Like what the fuck, are you even trying? Do you think this is a game? Start actually eating, you shouldn't have abs when bulking. Fuck.

Are they not good memes? I've done a bit of research and the science seems sound.

Lmao I'm trying I really am. I read the sticky and I usually eat to the point where I nearly throw up, I guess I just need to get more fatty foods and almonds?

add 50g of almonds a day that's 300 calories, if no difference add 50g more, just add more til it works, it's logical

are you just trying to make me get really constipated?
>>35634998
Almonds will not constipate you, in my experience. They give me emergency shits at times.

M8 those 2 statements have nothing to do with each other. Get a food scale.
Or: Write down what you eat for a week, then next week eat the same, but add 3 tablespoons of peanut butter every day.
