what do you guys like to wear to the gym?
what are some DOs and DONTs of gym apparel?
post your workout OOTD and rate each others/give constructive feedback!
here's me on my way to work out, what do you think?
Depends on weather mostly since my gym has a shit heater, during the winter i use
>thermal shirt or hoodie
Shoes are usually old converse, but any thing flat footed honestly, it I'm ever going for a jog outside same idea but i have a pair of pumas
a t shirt and shorts or sweatpants and vans, though i'll be switching back to jack purcells in a few months
do wear stuff that is comfortable and practical for lifting
don't wear stuff just to look cool. if you want to look good outside the gym, great, so do I, but the gym's for working out, not dressing up.
honestly that's not one of the worst fits i've seen since you seem to have good proportions but imo it's a bit much for going to the gym in. do you tho
I got my
supreme hoodie on my Woes cap some regular champion shorts some regular nike or puma socks yeezys or af1's thats my regular gym attire desu oh and i forgot about my versace boxers
Gucci, Adidas, NO NIKE
Baggy pants. You know you're a monster when you're wearing baggy pants and your legs are bulging out of them! I'm not one to show off my legs in short shorts when I'm at the gym. Not taking shit, that's just how I feel.
No stringers! Nobody wants to see your nipples!
Make sure to always match your hat, shoes and BCAAs in your 5% water jug and rember that basics are better when it comes to shirts & pants.
>using fag as an insult on /fit/
when will new years end
there's a thing as being a homosex and there's a thing as being a gigantic fagot as op
there's no point in arguing that a dude that uses a louis vuitton purse to train is a flamboyant faggot
Why no nikes? Are you slav?
Those fuckers and reebok have crossfit gear, which is also acceptable as plg gear.
As for op
I wear my old chucks, any sport or beach short I can find, and any shirt that I don't wear when going out.
>Why no nikes
Nike doesn't sell any shoes acceptable for powerlifting (air soles, oh dear god air soles, and other compessible soles), except romaleos and maybe one or two others, but they arent sold in store often, and they're a lot more expensive than other brands
Wear a longsleeve jumper
Wear longsleeve pants
Wear wireless headphones
Wear a fucking hat, double points if you put it backwards you mong
Wear tight compression shorts and nothing else
Wear flipper shoes this is a gym not a pool you penguin asshole
why do you guys think it's so wrong for men to wear pink? leave that closed mindedness in 2015!
another pic of me.
>always match your hat, shoes and BCAAs
I wear kick boxing shorts or ranger panties to force myself to see my puny legs. Makes me work that much harder on my legs. I'll wear a T-shirt and hoodie with them. Then always my Gwar workout beanie.
