Idk, obvious stuff like soda and such is easy to get rid off, but sugar is in so many products nowadays, it's really hard to completely avoid it. I tried a few times and every time, without fail, I get a headache. Let's say I go a whole day strictly without sugar and it starts hurting in the evening. I don't get headaches ever. But it just last for a day or two, then I can kick it, and I don't feel the physical craving, but more mentally, I like to eat a lot of sweet and chocolates and shit

top kek. Sugar is literally required to function. Only a fat fuck could become addicted to sugar because their cortisol levels went to shit. People with a functioning pancreas get very sick feeling when consuming too much sugar.
