Does anyone else have feet that naturally point like mine in pic related?
For as long as I can remember, my natural standing stance has my feet pointing outward, instead of forward.
People tell me "just stop, it's not normal"
It's not that easy, it's literally how my feet rest.
Does this effect my knees? I feel like my squats suffer because of this...but it doesn't feel right any other way. I'm not flexible.

Aldo i have same problem as you do i don't really feel my knees before +400lb and then I'm not so worried about it.
If you don't have money to go to doctor try knee sleeves. I would recommend 7mm ones since your knees are so fucked up. BUT THIS WILL NOT FIX YOUR FCKIN PROBLEM. Sooner or later you gon have to see a doctor
