Does anyone else have feet that naturally point like mine in pic related?
For as long as I can remember, my natural standing stance has my feet pointing outward, instead of forward.
People tell me "just stop, it's not normal"
It's not that easy, it's literally how my feet rest.
Does this effect my knees? I feel like my squats suffer because of this...but it doesn't feel right any other way. I'm not flexible.
My knees feel uncomfortable every leg day. There is pain in my right knee, and general discomfort. I feel like I am just destroying the cartilage with every lift.
>lel, I have low arches.

Go see a fucking PT, holy shit.
Lifting for ~ 2 years, but the first year is nothing because I drank a shit ton due to depression.
Most I feel comfortable doing is 175lbs, which Is laughable, I know.
But it's only a problem when I squat.....
look dude. let me explain my reasoning. I'm fucking poor right now, and my health care sucks. I don't have a bunch of money to throw around to go to some doctor. I'd rather try and fix the problem myself.
Aldo i have same problem as you do i don't really feel my knees before +400lb and then I'm not so worried about it.
If you don't have money to go to doctor try knee sleeves. I would recommend 7mm ones since your knees are so fucked up. BUT THIS WILL NOT FIX YOUR FCKIN PROBLEM. Sooner or later you gon have to see a doctor
