Sunlight helps with hormons and gets you higher test levels aswell
Compound lifts helps with hormons too and you will get higher test levels from these then if you would do a shitty split without compound lifts
Drinking reduces test and makes you weak, stop doing it
Fapping reduces test and makes you weak, stop doing it

But these will only improve your levels if you're deficient in the first place. Most people are deficient in a few of those though.
