and energy drinks arent unhealthy, they just have a considerable amount of caffeine in them and people drink too much of them
It's under 100 calories and tastes like real candy and fills you up. I like the ones with more chocolate.
I make a 4 egg omelet with turkey and cheese, cover the top in avocado, then eat it while I drink my protein shake and watch ponies on Netflix

First of all, caffeine is just one ingredient in coffee.
Second of all, aspartame is bad, hfcs is bad, soy lecithin is proving to be bad, not to mention the shit they get away with labeling "proprietary energy blend" just like preworkouts have done, and so on.

Immediately when I get home post workout I take a protein shake (1 scoop whey, 1 scoop casein) followed by some simple carbs to restore glycogen. Usually a tortilla or some gummy vitamins.
For dinner I usually eat white fish or grilled chicken + a veggie.
a shitton of dates and other fruits, 2 or 3 toasts, 2 hours later i have dinner and i eat about 200/300 grams of pasta/rice and other fruit and then some more toasts/sandwitches and fruit or some veggies before bed

some forms of hfcs have a "better" fructose to glucose ratio than sucrose

i assumed it was because caffeine because there is literally nothing in sugar free energy drinks that all the evidence points towards being harmless other than caffeine, which is very contextual in terms of benefit/harm
