i want to replace my stupid pre- and post-workout stretching routines with some yoga, but i don't know anything about it. can someone give me some tips? poses that will work well as a dynamic stretching routine for before a full body workout, as well as something to cool down with afterwards.
I do DDP Yoga every other day. I mostly bounce between doing "Hip, Backer, & Knee Opener", "Strength Builder", & "Fat Burner".
just do basic stretches after a workout brah
Did yoga for about 12 months, huge learning curve, lots of bullshit yogi science, big risk of spine injuries.
The stretching is the only good part of yoga, imo, I meditate anyway, so this combined with a 30min stretching routine saves me a lot time compared to a yogi lifestyle
