What should I eat to gain some weight? I need something cheap and easy to prepare. I won't start making lists or counting calories. Btw, I don't eat any meat.

Do what I did.
Went from 65kg to 70kg in a couple of months (1.71cm manlet squire)
Breakfast
Oats and milk. Set that shit to boil for a little and take it out once it's more consistent. Add fruit of your choice. I use bananas / apples.
Lunch
Big ass bowl of pasta + tuna.
Dinner
Big ass bowl of lentils + whatever you non meat eaters add to lentils.
Pre-bed
Two big ass PB&Js on whole wheat + glass of milk.
Won't bother putting the quantities I had since you're not gonna count anyways, but shit will make you gain dat dere w8. I also removed another pasta meal since it had chicken, but you get the idea.
You can't go cheaper and easier to prepare than this all day everyday. Good luck skelly.

That usually ends up being 3200-3300 cals, with pretty good macros if you're bulking.
