I've been hitting rear delts with my bro, trying to evolve the back more.
After 2 months of bodyweight training (also pull-up bar) and 2 dumb bells (only 33lbs/15kg together, including the "bars" etc.)
Practically doing Scooby's PPL, but without DLs and the other stuff requiring bar bells etc.
Any good advice for excercises for biceps/triceps, only including my limited equipment? I ate 2 months at maintenance, now on a +300kcal surplus, for a week now. ~5'11 (180cm), ~151lbs (68-69kg)
Haven't really lifted seriously before the last 2,5 months.
