I've been changing around my routine a lot lately, but my current is roughly pic related. I don't recommend this type of volume for everyone, but it seems to work for me.
oops I have incline and decline switched. same general idea, but yeah.
also, to note, I prioritize the barbell lifts, but the accessories are as I have time/energy. Sometimes the big lifts just ruin me and I'm done. I also change the accessories at times, but they're usually the same rep scheme.

I've lost 25 lbs since the end of July. Was 350, now 325. Progress is slow I know, focusing on changing my lifestyle and habits more than reaching my goal fast. Tbdesu I don't see much of a change, but hopefully there will be a noticeable difference by next summer.

Also, I never used to train traps or lats. Even if im in a caloric deficit could I still make gains on them because they're rather underdeveloped. (i.e when skinny fats eat caloric deficit but still gain some muscle?)
