Hey /fit I decided to take care of myself about 2 years ago and have finally gotten near a point where i am happy with myself.
I am , 5'10, 24yo and have cut from 220 lbs of flab to 165 lbs of lean muscle. But i have never been able to lose the love handles.
Ive ran countless hours when the weather is nice, worked my ass off, have a six pack for the first time ever, but i still have love handles!
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Pic related but mine are a bit worse
Yohimbine HCL, just make sure you do enough research before you start taking it. Also pic related helps.
Can you post a pic? I'm 5,10 also, 23yo, was 230, currently 175, goal 165.
I lost love handles at a bmi of 19. I was surprised how much weight I really had to lose to lose all the fat.
Metrics for when I lost love handles
5'8" 126lbs, diddly 300lbs, and incline db press/flies 100lbs, squat 280lbs.
Dude this guy is right. You need to maintain your lifts and cut down to 137lbs before you see true "ripped" status. You will likely lose 5lbs of muscle and 2bs of muscle
Bobby Parker and Greg O'Gallagher both took their ripped photos at a bmi of 19. People with low bf at higher weights are unlikely to be natty unless they have been lifting for >3 years

Yeah, find a cure for your body dysmorphia.
Also, for some reason /fit/ is full of extra shit in this thread. You don't have to be fucking <145 lbs at your height to be ripped. That's not ripped, that's a fucking skeleton. People with those kind of stats have shit lifts and yes, have no love handles, but also have nothing to actually show. Congrats on your 13" arms, you fucking twigs. See >>35621710 . Justin Beiber could probably outlift that guy at the time (I imagine he's much improved now, unlike the Beibs).
But anyway, there's really no magic to it. You gotta cut more. If you're still wanting to progress on your lifts, it's likely not going to work out too well with your goal of losing handles. You gotta sacrifice something.
