Got a bunch of preworkout packets from friends that work at gnc. The black one has no caffiene, and I usually stack that with the pwo below (200mg caffiene per serving) and a bronkaid. So all this 20 min before a workout, a bowl of oats 1 hour before, and BCAA's on the way.
Shit is cash senpai. What are some other stims I should try?
I've heard a couple of authorities (see the Leangains site) recommend BCAAs before a workout, about a hour after, and a couple of hours after that if you aren't going to eat soon.
I'm already take them once after a workout, but I do think I could be putting on more quality muscle mass, so I'm going to get a pre-workout with them tomorrow. Maybe Nutrex Outlift.
I'm currently using that with intermittent fasting, but I'm going to probably try something with BCAAs next, especially since I don't need the zinc in this. But it is a high-quality product and I also use Vintage Build from Old School Labs.
I normally blend a banana and 1/4 to 1/2 scoop of whey powder in a shaker cup's worth of water and drink that throughout my workout. keeps my blood sugar going and is watered-down enough to hydrate me as well. I love having it on those long 2-hour workouts
There is an enormous difference between coffee (or a caffeine overdose) and some PWO. If someone has the money and wants to use a PWO, why not?
Every time you poorfags claim a cup of coffee is the same, you look like trailer trash saying clothes at Wal-Mart is the same as Armani but a lot cheaper. Yeah, they both cover your body but the difference in quality is huge.

i was buying my brotein and this stuff was on clearance got 2 of them for only $15 im pretty sure its just overpriced creatine with whatever they added in but it adds the size cant complain. wouldnt buy full price though
