Ι recently started laggin on my lifts and I realized that I was stupid enough to not think the lbs part and I was adding 1.25kg(the smallest plates in my gym) on each side for the lifts. Well obviously deadlifts and squats weren;t a problem but my bench fucking stalled at 70kg 3x5 and ohp at 50kg 3x5. Do you think that the +2.5kg total was a big reason that this happened ?
