The UFC is so much closer to real fighting than boxing, it's amazing that boxing is even still around. Any UFC fighter would kill a boxer in a street fight. I was watching the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight, and it was so fucking boring. All I could think was how Pac's wide stance leaves him wide open for a naeryeo chagi axe kick or a bakkat chagi crescent kick. Seriously, neither sport represent street fighting. A street fight is a situation where there are numerous random elements like people jumping in on you. Someone jumps in on you and you better hope you are standing up and not taking any fight to the ground, otherwise you are about to get hurt.


If I can offer a piece of advice to anyone and everyone. If you want to be able to have a reasonable chance in any street fight, you need to train one attack. Jab. Train a jab every day, make it quick, hard, and easy to throw. Never leave yourself open, always move. Focus on defending yourself and throw jabs.
