workouts i can do without weights/equipment?
i recently moved and dont have access to gym equipment and shit but still have an urge to lift heavy things
i feel like im suffering from withdraw
help a fag out
I was in a similar situation before, I tried dumbbells and body weight exercises and all that crap, but nothing is scalable without access to a gym.
Not to mention that you can't work out half your muscle groups without equipment.
