Shit son, I've gone from 125 pound to 165 since October. 32 inch chest to 38, arms from 11 inches to 14.5, have traps and my legs have gone from 16 to 20 inches.

i just started a few weeks ago and i also have this problem i consume about 2400 calories a day and i have to force myself to eat after about the 2nd meal of the day its fucking horrible having to eat when your not even hungry.

Really new to /fit/ here. Started eating healthier around Jan. 2nd. Around Christmas, I was 343lbs. I weighed myself at work tonight and I'm 333lbs. I've cut out soda, tea, fatty foods, ect. I eat almost nothing but skillet steamed vegetables with small strips of beef or chicken breast and drink nothing but water and 1, 15 ounce bottle of pineapple/orange juice a day on my breaks (drink less than half on first break, and finish the rest with lunch). I also take fruits for my breaks. For breakfast, I have 2 Soy Whey Protein shakes with a teaspoon of peanut butter and a banana blended in.

I don't have any free weights. I'm going to get some soon. Right now I have a Total Gym but I also jog in place, squat, jumping squats, jumping jacks, and do sissy push ups. I think once I'm down to 300lbs, I'll be able to move a lot easier and do more.

I usually db flat press bc my shoulders are all fucked, but I did some bb flat bench this week and hit lmao2pl8 four times.
My squats and deadlifts are severely lacking because I never took lower/core seriously until literally 6 weeks ago.

I don't bb shoulder press, but with DB I usually do a drop set starting from 35 at 10 reps. Then add five lbs and decrease two reps and so on for four sets.
I just really couldn't see something like that exhausting me as much as this shit tier bro split.

That's the misconception. You don't need to feel exhausted to make gains, and it can actually be detrimental. You would definitely benefit a lot from this kind of training if you've been avoiding it so far.
Just don't start too heavy, so you don't stall. Use a weight you could get 10 clean reps and start your 5x5 from there, adding 2.5kg per workout. When you get your form right, feel free to add 5kg to your squats and deads if you feel strong.
As for the 'fucked shoulders', if you didn't get injured in any way and there is no structural damage, there is 99% they can be fixed by nailing the form, working on mobility and muscular imbalances (your bench is pretty strong, so good chance your back is a bit behind and you tend to internally rotate your shoulders).
Oh, and I don't really know your plans and stuff, but don't expect great gains on a big deficit.

Yeah just about everything you said is fairly accurate. Like I said I'll give it a go. I really have nothing else going on besides working. Couldn't hurt to try it out for a month or so. I don't plan on getting big seeing as how I'm on a deficit..id like to cut about 35 more lbs and then clean bulk from there. Just hoping to look normal come summer time. Thanks for the talk anon.
