What do you think is the best way to lose weight
Well typically the sharper the object the more effective, though depending on why you want to cut it may change the instrumentality you desire. Additionally, your reason for cutting is needed to determine why, how deep in addition to other factors
As someone who wrestled for 7 years, here is my balls to the wall method. No, this is not the "healthy" way, but as someone who cut down from 155 to 137 and then competitively wrestled, this the the way to do it.
First, eat as little as possible. (duh)
Second, counter hunger pains with ibuprofen
Third, sleep with no blankets, you can lose a pound a night doing this depending on how cold youa re.
Fourth, when you do eat, prioritize foods with physical bulk, but low calories. (peppers, veggies)
Fifth, don't ever drink your calories. Drink water or diuretics (cranberry juice) to cut your water weight. This 5-7lbs right off the bat will help motivate you.
Obviously you are going to be miserable for a bit, but your appetite will be greatly reduced after 2 weeks.
You're going to lose shit tons of muscle mass that way.
Keep calories low, protein high. Do cardio. Boom, you're done.
Cranberry juice is full of carbs and the only reason it's a diuretic is because of the niacin in it. Have a propel instead or drink some coffee.

Protein sparing modified fast.
It's a "fast" in that true meals are not eaten, but protein is eaten in order to maintain a positive nitrogen balance and maintain as much dense tissue as possible. Was originally developed for bariatric patients too large for surgery. It melts weight off.
My TDEE is about 4200 kcal and with leafy greens and 400g protein my intake is about 2200 kcal.
pmsf hands down, all the protein helps dull appetite, I generally do higher carb than recommended salad + a bag of frozen stir fry veggies and greek yogurt. Do whatever helps you eat less and not feel hungry.
