I think creatine and pwo do what they are supposed to do but everything else is bs, and it's sad seeing this, obviously roided up fags sell this crap to kids at a really high price, seriously don't invest on supplements
supplements provide incremental benefits; if you don't have your diet and routine sorted out, supplements aren't going to make up for it. if you do, some can provide benefits, albeit small ones.
