i run 10 km, 100 pushups, 100 pullups, 100 squats every single day and make sure to save money on heating/cooling bill

I lift weights, run 3ks every 3rd night and eat more good fats and less carbs.

i try to run anywhere between 1.5 to 2 miles a day and do 3x12 curls and 3x12 flies along with planks, also on the daily
i'm trying to keep my caloric intake at about 1200 a day tops. i mostly just eat saltines and leaves.

3 x 15 calf lifts, 4 x 15 low weight squats, 3 x 12 dead lift 2 days a week.
Mile or two jog one day a week.
