whats your routine?
i run 10 km, 100 pushups, 100 pullups, 100 squats every single day and make sure to save money on heating/cooling bill
i try to run anywhere between 1.5 to 2 miles a day and do 3x12 curls and 3x12 flies along with planks, also on the daily
i'm trying to keep my caloric intake at about 1200 a day tops. i mostly just eat saltines and leaves.
Not at all. I want a slimmer waist and wider V-Taper. Hence why I avoid expanding the midsection and focus on heavy growth around the thighs and calves. Its the Gironda method; his old students are the ones training me, faggot.
3 x 12 of the following: Push ups, sit ups, pull ups, shoulder shrugs, delt lifts, forward lifts, 3 x 20 wrist curls, lat extensions 3 days a week.
3 x 15 calf lifts, 4 x 15 low weight squats, 3 x 12 dead lift 2 days a week.
Mile or two jog one day a week.
(Note: I'm a novice.)
Wait, so if everyone is trolling, then you are trolling and you really mean no one is trolling...
Cutting at the moment @1600 calories
3 x full body weights sessions a week
All Super Sets to failure around 12, rest about a minute between sets
3x DB bench press + squats
3x wide grip chins + DB shoulder press
3x BB incline bench + dead lift
3x DB bent over row + DB front raises
3x skull crushers + bicep curls
takes about an hour, then do stretches
1x a week 7 mile run
1x a week 40 mile road bike ride
1x a week gym cardio HIT session, alternate every 5mins between run/row/bike/xtrainer for 40 mins keeping heart rate above 180bpm
1x a week rest and light yoga
Mine is pretty fluid.
But generally I do lower body, then Chest/Tris and shoulders and traps and then I do Back and Bicep. I do each of them 3 times before taking a break. For 2 days.
No, it's an average One Punch Man running gag.
